Billing and renewal
Dues are drawn on the same date each month. Annual memberships renew automatically at the prevailing rate unless changed beforehand.
Changing or cancelling
Month-to-month memberships can be changed at any billing date. Annual memberships follow the terms agreed at enrollment.
Adding a family member
Household memberships cover two adults and dependents at one address. Dependents age out at a set age.
Hours and closures
Facility hours vary by season and by location. Holiday hours are posted in advance through the portal and the app.
